This section will focus on a different type of food or food category each week. The idea is to let you know which ingredients are good for you and which ones are not so good, in order to make a smart eating choice when it comes to processed and packaged foods.

As a nutritionist ideally I would love for everyone to eat whole foods which are made fresh every day with great quality ingredients; but the reality is we are going to buy these kinds of foods for their convenience so I want to help you choose wisely and to help cut through all the bull**** advertisers try to sell to us. A product may say it is healthy because of all the “added” this or the “no added” that in the packaged food but unfortunately they do not tell us the whole story of the added ingredients which can be damaging to our health.
